我不是雙國籍, 我只有美國護照 我現在想要辦理台灣護照回台灣住 但台北駐洛杉磯辦事處不接受我現有的出身證明,因為上面沒有註明我父母的姓名. 我只好寫信回美國department of State請美國重新幫我修改我的出生證明 美國政府需知申請的原因為何. 但由於美國政府並不承認雙國籍, 若被美政府發現我欲申請雙國籍, 美國將會取回我公民的權利 問題來了 再申請函上, 我要以甚麼理由向美國政府申請出生證明修改 理由需合理, 又不會被懷疑我的動機的 感謝回答的朋友

沒有父母名字的出生紙經文處當然不會給你驗證了 沒有經文處的驗證也就不能回台灣入籍辦護照了 但更正你的出生紙不是找國務院 是去跟你當地USCB人口調查局申辦 只要繳錢 不問理由的 出生紙上有父母名字是名正言順的事，跟誰都可以這麼說 還有 美國不承認雙國籍是一回事 但取消你的美籍可是天大的事，除了你自己沒人有這個權力的 太多美國人有雙護照或3護照的 從沒聽過有那個因此被取消美籍的 所以別自己瞎緊張了FBEFE3C2E0474026
